Welcome to ClaimSmentor-with an S for service to the adjusting community!
We began as an online claim e-mentoring community taking proactive steps to
help educate new adjusters entering the Property and Casualty claim
industry in a trainee friendly environment. We have grown to much more in our third year of
operation to now include experienced adjusters,claim managers,carriers, and HR managers from
independent adjusting firms as well as some carrier personnel.
We are proud and thankful that the synergy of our members is supporting the
claims adjusting field TOGETHER while helping new adjusters find a roadmap to success
in their new adjusting careers. Fellow participant,Randy Cox,explains the benefits

We celebrated our first anniversary on January 19, 2007 and reached a milestone
in April 2008 with our 800th registrant! We provide a ClaimSmentor Roots and Wings
Fundamentals of Claims program with numerous LIVE online classes,
many forums providing Job Opportunities in our Career Forum(for both
new and experienced adjusters),training opportunities with field
mentors individually or with member adjusting firms, as well as up to
date information on all vendor seminars and carrier catastrophe
certification programs offered in the field in our Seminars Forum.
We have secured many discounts to classes, conferences, and vendor
products for our participating members. Networking opportunities also
abound as members get together at various locations and conferences
nationwide getting to know each other personally. We are striving to
expand the knowledge base of all adjusters by many lively discussions on current
events and issues often posted in the news in the aftermath of Katrina. New

We welcome those involved in the catastrophe and daily claims industry
to join us in our effort to enhance the professionalism of both experienced and
trainee adjusters so they may better serve disaster victims in their time of
need whether handling major catastrophe claims or individual personal losses.
This includes staff and independent adjusters, adjusting firm managers
and HR personnel, carrier HR personnel and claim personnel, Claim
Association groups and vendors with products and services to offer
adjusters and adjusting firms. Our program is not open to Public
adjusters. We will consider construction company personnel that offer CE
credits through training programs for adjusters.
We welcome carriers and adjusting firms to join us and to post job
opportunities, seminars, and yearly conferences in our forums.
Participating firms are also welcome to view our member lists which
include profiles and resumes of participants. All members use their real
identification as required for membership and verified at the time of
registration via copies of adjuster licenses or other id for new
adjusters or vendor members that do not have an adjuster's license.
